Executive Accelerator
How your high potential (HIPO) leaders become tomorrow’s executives
Your company’s middle managers and emerging influencers are asking, “What’s next in my business leadership development?”
Emergent Exec’s Executive Accelerator Program prepares your up-and-coming executive leaders to think and execute like an experienced general manager. This six-month executive training program empowers 6-20 of your future leaders through a hybrid learning approach of MBA-style classroom experiences and customized, one-on-one leadership coaching.
What to Expect of our Executive Accelerator Program
Executive Education Classes
Members of your company’s cohort gather monthly for a two-hour session, either in-person or via video conference, to be trained in a highly-interactive learning environment by university-level professors and subject matters on the core topics of senior-level management.
Readings & Learning Experiences
Emergent Execs curates a series of best-in-class readings, case studies, online gaming simulations, and psychometric testing to reinforce what your participants are learning in the classroom. More importantly, we provide practical tools for
them to immediately implement in their leadership areas. We know their time is precious, so we limit their homework to 3-4 hours per month.
Executive Coaching
Twice per month, students will engage in a 60-minute coaching session with a boardroom-seasoned executive coach. The coach will serve as a confidential sounding board and advisor as your participants create a professional development plan to shore up leadership gaps and increase their influence in your organization.
Benchmarking & Reporting
Your company will be provided with a mid-program and final assessment of your emerging leaders’ executive leadership potential and progress on learning goals, as well as recommendations for future development.
Our curriculum specialists work with your HR leaders or C-level executives to design a program from our library of training modules that matches the topics, language and leadership competencies of your
company.
