Emergent Execs coaches come alongside your leaders in a confidential, one-on-one setting to help them achieve better results, lead people more effectively, communicate with polish and become a long-term contributor to your company’s future. We coach at the level of senior manager, director, VP, SVP, C-suite, and entrepreneur/owner. All coaching is delivered by former business owners, senior executives and subject matter experts.
How Coaching Works
Discovery
The coach meets for free with the client to gauge fit, describe the coaching process and identify development goals. When appropriate, the coach may use psychometric testing or a 360 review to surface growth opportunities.
Scoping
The coach, client and the client’s company agree on 3-5 measurable coaching outcomes tailored to the client’s top needs.
Coaching
Coach and client meet two times per month for 90-minute sessions, at a time and place convenient for the client. The coach utilizes the broad library of Emergent Execs tools and resources to make progress on the coaching outcomes. Typical coaching engagements last between 3-9 months. All conversations between coach and client are confidential.
Reporting
The coach provides your company and the client with a midpoint and concluding report on the client’s strengths, growth opportunities and developmental progress.
